About the Role
This exciting opportunity is part of our newly established Contract Centre of Excellence, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping firmwide contracting processes and procedures. As a key member of this team, you will collaborate with Engagement Leads and other specialists to support and facilitate contracts throughout their lifecycle.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Advise and support Engagement Leads on KPMG's contracting processes, procedures, and systems for new contracts, variations, or renewals.
* Conduct initial assessments of contracts, identifying clauses not aligned with KPMG's preferred positions, and escalate reviews to relevant teams as necessary.
* Manage contract review and negotiation cycles, including facilitating internal reviews, advising Engagement Leads, preparing contractual documents, and documenting changes and outcomes.
* Oversee contract approvals and execution processes to ensure seamless delivery.

What You Will Need
* A deep understanding of contracts and contractual obligations, including terms, structures, compliance, and risks.
* Experience managing contracts across the entire lifecycle, from initiation to execution and renewal.
* Familiarity with contract lifecycle management solutions (CLMS) and tools.
* Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization.

How You Will Be Rewarded
We offer an attractive salary package, estimated at around $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
