Student Care Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to fill the role of Boarding House Supervisor. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students, providing them with a safe and supportive environment that fosters their academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the operational aspects of our Residential College run smoothly and efficiently.
- Provide support and guidance to students, addressing their social and academic needs in a caring and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote a whole-school approach to Positive Education.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years experience supervising in a boarding facility, preferably with a focus on student welfare.
- A current First Aid Certificate and a genuine interest in the health and wellbeing of our students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff and parents.
- Ability to contribute to a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
