About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Animal Care Advocate. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and advice to members of the public regarding animal care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and advice to members of the public
  • Coordinate the adoption and surrender process ensuring accurate completion of required documentation
  • Administer daily tasks including banking and responding to customer inquiries via phone or email
  • Clean and maintain animal enclosures and administer medications when required
