Business Partner for Culture Development

As a People and Culture Business Partner, you will be responsible for advising and coaching leaders to drive strategic initiatives that enhance our workplace culture. You will support the implementation of change initiatives, provide insights and recommendations on HR policies and practices, and manage and drive key people-related initiatives.
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Partnering with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Supporting the development and implementation of talent management programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent
- Providing coaching and guidance to leaders on employee performance issues and succession planning
- Managing and driving the annual employee engagement survey and pulse surveys to inform organizational improvements
- Developing and implementing effective communication plans to engage employees and drive cultural shifts
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in HR generalist roles with a focus on people development, talent management, and organizational design
- Demonstrated expertise in Australian employment law and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with leaders and employees
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive cultural change
