The Senior People and Culture Advisor plays a pivotal role in supporting our People Leaders to maximize talent and performance outcomes for their teams, while driving the evolution of our people & culture strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide coaching and support to leaders in relation to specific employee matters, including performance, talent development, engagement, termination of employment, attendance, and growth opportunities
  • Investigate grievances and complaints, recommend and manage disciplinary outcomes as required
  • Provide direction and support for key people & culture lifecycle activities globally, including performance reviews, salary reviews, KPI development, and succession planning
  • Participate in/lead people & culture projects as required
  • Support the implementation and ongoing monitoring and evolution of our Workplace Health and Safety ('WHS') system in ANZ and liaise with international colleagues to ensure aligned practices globally

This is a mid-senior level role that requires high aspirations for continuously improving the employee experience and organizational talent outcomes. You will be responsible for managing multiple priorities and making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
