  • Working Environment: Our control centres operate 24/7, and successful candidates will work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other staff members to achieve excellent patient outcomes and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.

Requirements:

  • Essential Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and a calm and composed demeanor in stressful situations.
  • Qualifications: A valid First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011) or willingness to obtain prior to commencement, and confirmation of Aboriginal identity if applying for the targeted Aboriginal pathway.
