Your key responsibilities will include overseeing finance, human resources, safety, compliance, and business development functions. You will ensure continued growth in charter, tourism, and FIFO market segments, as well as maintaining strong relationships with government, industry partners, and regulatory bodies.

In this role, you will also be accountable under CASA regulations for the safety, standardization, and effectiveness of all flight operations. You will oversee flight crew rostering, operational control, and aircraft availability, ensuring that all flying operations meet the highest safety and performance standards.
