We're working with one of Sydney's most established and respected design studios to find a Senior Interior Designer to take the lead on a series of high-end hospitality and residential projects.

This is a senior-level role — reporting directly to the National Head of Interiors — where you'll be trusted to run projects, mentor a growing team, and play a visible part in the ongoing success of a nationally regarded interiors practice.

The studio has been around for more than 60 years. It's well-known for its measured, thoughtful approach to design, and has built a reputation for delivering work that stands the test of time — particularly in the hospitality, residential, and mixed-use sectors. Their interiors team works closely with a broader architectural studio, with projects often running from early concept through to construction under one roof.

The studio is looking for someone who can:

  • Lead interior projects end-to-end, managing design, documentation, and delivery

  • Confidently present to clients and consultants

  • Mentor and support junior designers within the team

  • Work closely with architecture and delivery teams to ensure consistency and quality

  • Bring a calm, confident presence to the studio

You'll need:

  • A strong background in high-end hospitality and residential interiors

  • Solid leadership capability, with experience guiding teams and projects

  • Proficiency in Revit

  • Confidence in both client-facing and internal team settings

  • Full working rights in Australia
