APAC CRM Executive Leader

The APAC CRM Vice President plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and success of ServiceNow's CRM products.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Business Growth: Develop and execute an APAC growth strategy leveraging vertical and horizontal sales approaches to drive revenue and market expansion.
- Team Management: Manage and lead a team of 3-5 CRM Solution Sales managers and 5-7 individual contributors (Senior Solution Account Executives) to achieve sales targets and pipeline creation.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with solution consulting, professional services, and field sales teams within a matrixed structure to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
- Performance Metrics: Achieve KPIs such as bookings, pipeline creation, recruitment, and talent development to measure team performance and growth.
Additional Responsibilities: Lead from the front as a trusted mentor and high-standard leader, participate in the APAC Senior Leadership Team, build and maintain relationships at executive levels, and promote customer success practices across APAC.
Ideal Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will have 20+ years of experience managing field-based or solution sales teams in enterprise software, serving organizations with over 2,000 employees. Experience managing multi-tiered customer relationships, coaching, and mentoring is also essential.
