Organisational Learning Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Develop engaging learning experiences leveraging adult learning principles.
- Collaborate with Trainers to ensure consistent delivery of relevant programs.
- Support digital learning systems and enhance user experience.
- Gather feedback to inform continuous improvement.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Learning and Development, ideally in education or human services.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable) plus tertiary qualifications in Education, HR, or Learning Design.
- Strong instructional design skills and facilitation expertise.
- Experience with LMS platforms and digital tools.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- A genuine passion for fostering a culture of growth and capability.
