Job Role: Organisational Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Organisational Improvement Specialist to drive sustainable change across our division.

  • This role involves planning, coordinating and delivering change activities, including developing strategies, tracking timelines and maintain artefacts such as stakeholder maps and readiness checklists.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and deliver change projects with high organisational impact, ensuring effective engagement and communication with stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement communication materials, coordinate training activities and monitor feedback channels.
  • Assess change impact and readiness by facilitating assessments and monitoring indicators.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare reports and updates for governance forums.
  • Maintain accurate change records.
  • Contribute to lessons learned.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience in business transformation and change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
  • Demonstrated experience in project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
