**Duties & Responsibilities**

You will be an active role model and ambassador for Talent. This role requires an experienced adviser who has design, facilitation, communication and organisational skills and can proactively design, facilitate and manage a range of Talent Development programs and projects. Reporting to the Head of Learning Development, with accountability to other leaders across teams related to the projects you're working on. This role supports the national team to deliver projects, processes and programs. You will operate as an integral member of the Talent Development team and the wider Talent Team and Business Operations. You will build and sustain productive relationships across the business to support the effective and efficient operation of the Talent Development function.

The main areas this position is responsible for include:
- Working with the Talent Development team to scope, design, deliver and evaluate learning programs that align with and support the needs of the individual, team, and firm- Facilitate learning events for staff in various roles across the firm, including where required the Onboarding program for new starters, Graduate Development Program, and other programs.-
- Manage internal and external training administration supported by the Talent Development team (SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System)-
- Support the delivery of a wide range of learning programs to include the production of PowerPoint materials, preparing invitations, managing registrations and recording attendance, sending and collating evaluations-
- Contribute to and communicate an annual program of Learning and Development programs and processes to internal stakeholders-
- Support the design and management of learning artefacts including PowerPoint decks, SharePoint, Workbooks-
- Manage budgets, non-disclosure agreements and engagement letters with external providers through internal procurement function-
- Working with Organisational Development managers to scope, design and deliver organisational change initiatives- Adopt effective stakeholder engagement and change management methodologies-
- Develop, draft, execute and maintain communication plans and underlying communications to support programs and project needs-
- Support the development and implementation of programs supporting organisational goals and objectives-
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and prioritise initiatives accordingly-
- Undertake compliance projects as required- Understand the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements nationally for lawyers and advise regarding CPD-
- Advise on the firm's study assistance policy and contribute to formulation and implementation of the firm's processes to support CPD and study assistance-
- Develop, draft and maintain communication plans and underlying communications to support programs and project needs- Contribute to the management of Talent Development systems, policies and processes including budgeting, planning, recording and reporting, including input on implementation of new systems- Keep abreast of best practice initiatives and recent developments in business and legal education, culture and change and broader learning/organisational development.

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**- Strong facilitation skills and executive presence as a facilitator- An understanding of adult learning principles- Experience in organisational projects such as talent management, succession planning, leadership development and employee engagement programs- Strong commercial awareness and demonstrated ability to understand client and business needs- Track record of excellence in contributing to Learning and Organisational Development solutions that fit within the wider business context- Influencing skills and ability to establish credibility and rapport- Sound understanding of project management and change management, the ability to deal with multiple projects and priorities, and highly developed organisational and time management skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to identify, design and maintain process improvements- Experience in
