Learning & Organisational Development Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to support the delivery of strategic learning and organisational development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in designing, facilitating and managing talent development programs that drive business results.
- Design, develop and deliver high-quality learning programs that meet the needs of the organisation and its employees;
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions and other events to engage employees and promote organisational development;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions;
- Manage internal and external relationships to secure resources and support for learning initiatives;
- Contribute to the development and implementation of organisational change initiatives to drive business growth and improvement;
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences;
- Proven experience in adult learning principles and instructional design;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders;
- Sound understanding of project management principles and practices;
