We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of our company, including cash flow, reporting, and customer transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • **Financial Planning and Analysis:** Develop and implement financial plans to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.
  • **Cash Flow Management:** Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure timely payment of bills and invoices.
  • **Reporting and Compliance:** Prepare and submit financial reports to management and regulatory agencies as required.
  • **Customer Transactions:** Manage customer transactions, including issuing margin calls, maintenance calls, and other customer-related queries.
  • **Budgeting and Forecasting:** Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.
  • **Risk Management:** Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.
  • **Insurance and Claims:** Manage insurance and claims related to vehicles, including routine inspections and verification of paperwork.
  • **Customer Service:** Provide excellent customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints.
  • **Team Management:** Supervise and manage a team of financial operations staff to ensure the company's financial operations are running smoothly.

Requirements:

  • **Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  • **Minimum 5 years of experience in financial operations management.
  • **Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • **Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
