Financial Operations Manager

- Organize and manage all financial aspects of the company, including cash flow and reporting to senior management and stakeholders as required.
- Issue initial margin calls due to customer transactions and follow up on collection of funds and/or securities.
- Monitor unsecured accounts and hold commission payments for unsecured debits over 30 days.
- Advise personnel on customer violations of regulatory rules and regulations.
- Maintain customer account information as required by regulatory agencies and ensure compliance with all customer account rules.
- Provide customer service functions, including issuing checks, wire transfers, ACH transfers, book-keeping adjustments, and other customer-related queries.
- Manage and process movement of funds and stocks via checks, wires, LOA, Automated clearing house (ACH), third-party disbursements, securities deliveries, and journal entries.
- Work with the accountant to manage tax and legislative matters.
- Conduct routine inspections for insurance purposes of vehicles and handle claims.
- Deal with customers, making and signing contracts between the company and customer.
- Provide customers with necessary documentation, including insurance covers and currency certificates.
- Manage the company budget and investigate ways to improve profitability.
- Analyze market trends for potential business growth.
- Report financial results to the Business owner and suggest investment plans.
- Verify paperwork for insurance and claims of vehicles to be completed and filed properly.
- Negotiate prices, desking, and submit deals to third parties for approvals and settlements, and close deals, reporting to the director of the company.
- Ensure ongoing sales are structured and meet targets for selling insurance to produce higher profits.
- Provide information and documentation to legal authorities and law firms for insurance matters.
- Strong financial management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work with regulatory agencies and ensure compliance.
- Knowledge of financial software and systems.
- Ability to analyze market trends and provide recommendations.
