  • Organize and manage all financial aspects of the company, including cash flow and reporting to senior management and stakeholders as required.

  • Advise introducing brokers on customer violations of regulatory rules and regulations.

  • Work with the accountant to manage tax and legislative matters.
  • Conduct routine inspections for insurance purposes of vehicles and handle claims.
  • Deal with customers, making and signing contracts between the company and customer.
  • Provide customers with necessary documentation, including insurance covers and currency certificates.
  • Manage the company budget and investigate ways to improve profitability.
  • Analyze market trends for potential business growth.
  • Report financial results to the business owner and suggest investment plans.
  • Verify paperwork for insurance and claims of vehicles to be completed and filed properly.
  • Negotiate prices, desking, and submit deals to third parties for approvals and settlements, and close deals, reporting to the director of the company.
  • Ensure ongoing sales are structured and meet targets for selling insurance to produce higher profits.
  • Provide information and documentation to legal authorities and law firms for insurance matters.
