Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide extraordinary customer service and consulting with customers to ensure they receive the best advice for their health and beauty needs.
- Operations Management: Oversee the successful daily operations of the OTC area of the pharmacy, ensuring our stores are beautifully presented and well-stocked.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and lead the OTC team to deliver outstanding and professional customer service for every member and customer, every time.
- Experience: Relevant retail and people management experience in Pharmacy.
- Skills: Motivation of self and ability to guide and lead others, positive attitude, and ability to manage and multi-task in a busy role.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours.
