Business Development Manager

A sales professional with a proven track record in delivering revenue growth and increasing market share is required to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing major customers, conducting account analysis, and growing sales volume and revenue.

  • Proven background in sales within the building industry
  • Experience managing and developing major/key customers
  • Strong presentation, sales, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels

This role involves proactively delivering sales revenue and margin objectives for South Australia, as well as growing the company's profitability in line with overall strategy and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Manage the sales process from start to finish, including collaboration with operations and the SA team
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities

The successful candidate will be proactive, commercial, possess strong presentation and negotiation skills, be organized, resilient, and able to communicate effectively at all levels. Flexibility, adaptability, IT literacy, and the ability to deliver real value to customers are essential.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
