Role Overview

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with experience navigating complex sales cycles and building relationships with senior-level executives. You will be responsible for researching market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute outbound sales campaigns to generate new leads
  • Conduct thorough research on prospective customers and market trends to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans and achieve sales goals
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated success in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding annual quotas and consistently driving revenue growth
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles and building relationships with senior-level executives
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • A growth mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
  • Ability to travel internationally twice a year for company events up to two weeks long
