The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of IT Service Management and the ITIL Service Lifecycle, with a proven track record of leading transformation initiatives and managing technical and project delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead transformation initiatives, managing technical and project delivery teams
  • Develop and implement process optimization strategies to improve service delivery
  • Manage risk and ensure compliance with organizational change management principles
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and partners
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years IT service management and/or service delivery experience
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management and the ITIL Service Lifecycle
  • Demonstrated ability to lead transformation initiatives and manage technical and project delivery teams
  • Qualification and/or accreditation in service management, project management, quality management, systems, tools, frameworks, and standards
  • IT Project Management experience, including working knowledge in project management systems and tools
