ITSM Transformation Opportunity

A leading Federal Government department is seeking an experienced ITSM Delivery Manager to lead and manage initiatives to improve and transform the IT Service Management services delivered by the department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a plan to outline goals and timelines for transformation initiatives, completing regular reporting to executives on performance, assurance, and delivery activities, and working closely with vendor partners to improve performance and ensure project teams are achieving deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead transformation initiatives and oversee the implementation of new ITSM tools
  • Develop a plan to outline goals and timelines for transformation initiatives
  • Complete regular reporting to executives on performance, assurance, and delivery activities
  • Work closely with vendor partners to improve performance and ensure project teams are achieving deliverables

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of ITSM experience with focus on transformation and risk management
  • Excellent understanding of IT Service Management ITIL service lifecycle
  • Ability to lead transformation initiatives – ideally in a government context
  • Qualifications or accreditations in service management or project management

This is a great opportunity to provide expertise and support to a Federal Government department. The successful candidate will be offered an initial 12 month contract with 12 months of extension options.
