Principal ESD Consulting Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and influential Principal ESD Consulting Manager to lead our team and drive the growth of our ESD services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our ESD strategy, managing our consulting teams, and delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead our residential and commercial consulting teams to deliver exceptional service and project profitability.
- Develop and implement new ESD services, including Green Star, NABERS, WELL, and Passive House.
- Influence the future direction of ESD policy and practice in the built environment.
- Manage and present to clients and stakeholders at all levels, developing opportunities for new business and assessing and reporting on business risks and opportunities.
- Ensure clients receive meaningful reports and manage project and portfolio budgets and workflows.
- Lead and mentor our consultancy teams, establishing and implementing processes and procedures to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Foster a fun and collaborative culture within your teams and the organisation.
- 10+ years of experience in building design or construction, with a proven track record of driving sales, profitability, and service improvement.
- Demonstrated experience in business development, tendering, and financial management, with a growth mindset to grow and scale the business.
- Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations and establish the framework, objectives, and targets to manage a team to KPIs.
- Experience in managing design or consulting teams, technical design documentation, and reporting, with a strong focus on sustainability and the built environment.
