We are seeking a highly experienced and influential Sustainability Leader to join our team as Principal ESD Consulting Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our ESD services, while maintaining our existing residential and commercial consulting services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead our Residential and Commercial consulting teams to deliver exceptional service and project profitability.
- Support the roll-out of new services, including Green Star, NABERS, WELL, Passive House, Daylight and Solar access studies, and Building Services Engineering.
- Influence the future direction of ESD policy and strategy.
- Develop and present business cases for new services and opportunities.
- Assess and report on business risks and opportunities.
- Ensure clients receive meaningful reports and deliverables.
- Manage project and portfolio budgets and workflows.
- Lead and mentor our consultancy teams to deliver best-in-class sustainability solutions.
- 10+ years of experience in building design or construction.
- Demonstrated experience in business development and tendering.
- Growth mindset to grow and scale the business.
- Proven track record of driving sales, profitability, and service improvement.
- Experience in managing design or consulting teams in the construction industry.
- Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.
