We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sustainability Consultant to join our team at Aspect Personnel. As a key member of our Building Services division, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality ESD and sustainability solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ESD strategies for building projects, ensuring compliance with local building codes and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive sustainability solutions, including energy-efficient design and green building practices.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to identify opportunities for energy savings and sustainability improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to promote our services and expertise.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our services remain cutting-edge.

Requirements

  • Recognized degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, architecture, or environmental science.
  • Proven experience working as an ESD Engineer or Sustainability Consultant in a consulting environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of local building codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in software tools such as Nathers, IES, and FirstRate5.
  • Green Star Accredited professional, an advantage but not essential.
