We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Project Coordinator to oversee the early project lifecycle for high-end commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across the workplace industry.
This is a senior leadership role that requires excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills, strong knowledge of tendering, procurement, and budgeting. The successful candidate will have proven experience in pre-construction, estimating, or project management within commercial fit-outs or construction.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead feasibility assessments and project planning during the pre-construction phase
- Collaborate with designers, estimators, sales teams, and project managers to ensure project viability
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to align expectations and project requirements
- Oversee contracts and compliance with industry regulations
- Identify and mitigate project risks before construction begins
- Proven experience in pre-construction, estimating, or project management within commercial fit-outs or construction
- Strong knowledge of tendering, procurement, and budgeting
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with construction contracts and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Procore and other project management software, and have a passion for delivering outstanding commercial fit-outs.
