Senior Project Coordinator

Location - South Melbourne, VIC
Salary - Up to $200k package

Let's be honest there are plenty of Project Coordinator roles out there, but how many of them are offering real long term security, access to landmark projects, and a team that actually promotes from within?

This well established design & construct builder (Over 20 years in the industry, privately owned, and with around 250 staff) is on the lookout for an experienced Project Coordinator to join the team delivering a high-end, $180m+ development. You'll be part of a stable, high-performing group with a strong design, construction, and estimating backbone.

What you'll be doing:
  • Helping drive major projects from ECI through to delivery
  • Preparing scopes of work, tender packages and procurement schedules
  • Coordinating with in-house design and estimating teams to identify cost and time efficiencies
  • Managing RFIs, variations, documentation and subcontractor communications
  • Attending project meetings with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders
  • Keeping everything on track using tools like Smartsheet (no spreadsheets from 2008 here)
What we're looking for:
  • Proven experience in a Project Coordinator role in Melbourne (ideally around 7 years)
  • Background in commercial, mixed-use or large-scale builds
  • A calm head, strong organisational and communication skills
  • Experience in D&C preferred
  • Someone who wants a long-term home, not just their next project
