Empower Lives Through Support Work

What You'll Do

  1. Foster independence in clients through encouragement and guidance.
  2. Facilitate community participation and social inclusion for those with disabilities.
  3. Provide positive support with daily activities such as meal preparation, hygiene routines, and medication management.
  4. Respond promptly to challenges or issues ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
  5. Maintain accurate records of client progress while adhering to policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. A passion for supporting people with disabilities.
  2. Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
  3. Excellent communication skills and relationship building abilities.
  4. Flexibility and the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
  5. Valid work visa and rights to work in Australia.
  6. Current First Aid Certificate, valid full Driver's Licence, and NDIS Worker clearance.
  7. Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent experience (desired but not essential).
