Empowering Lives: NDIS Support Worker Role

  • Developing a practical understanding of individual goals and aspirations

To succeed in this role, you will require:

Key Qualifications and Skills
  • A minimum of 3 years professional experience working in a similar capacity
  • Minimum Cert III in community services, disability support, or peer support
  • Knowledge of issues facing people with disability, including mental health
  • Expert knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, and NDIS pathways
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
