The Partnership Enablement Specialist will work closely with the Head of Business Development AUNZ to support and enable sales growth activities.
This role will focus on supporting Latitude's growth strategy on new, large-scale partnerships in current and core verticals by:
- Project managing the end-to-end onboarding process of new partners
- Establishing the correct online and in-store presence for newly onboarded partners
- Supporting the broader sales function with key materials impacting open RFPs, presentations, and information submission and document preparation for external/internal initiatives
- Working with key internal business stakeholders (Legal/Compliance/Finance/etc) to enable activity and partner growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing approval processes internally with legal and compliance and partners for advertising
- Account updates - settlement account changes, trading and mailing address, change to company directors, change to company type or ABN/NZBN
- Adding new stores for existing merchants
- Coordinating in-store promotional material
- Ongoing training requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A solid background in sales through a B2B environment of 5+ years
- Strong understanding of retail sales and regulated finance payments
- Exceptional analytical & problem-solving skills, with negotiation, adaptability, and creativity
- Self-driven, enjoys details, and can proactively manage time/priorities
