Job Title: Key Account Manager
Role Overview:We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and increasing market share within the craft and premium beverage sector.
Your key accountabilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers to drive distribution, volume, profitability, and brand execution.
- Negotiating and influencing new customers to purchase from our high-end portfolio.
- Educating bar staff, customers, and consumers on beer styles, flavors, and quality.
- Developing and executing targeted sales drivers in-store, including menu execution, glassware, and font execution.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in prospecting and generating successful sales leads across multiple beverage categories, including beer, wine, coffee, and spirits.
- Strong numeric, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- A high degree of self-management and ability to work independently.
- Genuine passion for the beverage category: craft beer, coffee, and wine.
- Entrepreneurial and innovative spirit, with a focus on delivering outcomes for both customers and our business.
