Senior Transformation Leader

Drive organisational change initiatives spanning people, process, culture, operating model and technology.

  • Lead the design and delivery of transformation strategies aligning with company goals.
  • Shape, implement and embed diverse range of change initiatives in partnership with executives and senior leaders.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels fostering strong communication and shared ownership.
  • Assess organisational readiness and manage impacts through robust analysis and proactive planning.
About You:

We're looking for an experienced change leader with a proven track record ideally 10+ years delivering transformative initiatives across complex environments. You have deep expertise in designing and executing transformation frameworks and can confidently navigate initiatives extending beyond technology.

  • A strategic thinker, natural influencer and skilled communicator who can engage equally well with executives, senior leaders and frontline teams.
