Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the development, maintenance, and operations of administrative resources.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily administrative tasks, monitor workloads, promote teamwork, and develop skills.
  • Develop and interpret relevant legislation, regulations, procedures, and guidelines for administrative operations.
  • Prepare and maintain procurement activities, including budget administration.
  • Market and promote administrative services, coordinate programs that meet school requirements and current trends.
  • Implement and organize the enrolment life cycle, including liaison with parents and community regarding enrolment enquiries, processing application forms, scheduling interviews, and sending out offers of placement.
About You:
  • You will bring relevant skills and experience in improving systems, managing workloads, interpreting legislation, and fostering teamwork.
  • You must have a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement and be eligible to work in Australia.
