Job Summary

The Revenue and Performance Leader will play a pivotal role in the leadership team, ensuring maximum revenue, profitability, and performance.

This dynamic individual will lead strategic planning, analysis, and implementation of revenue management practices to optimise pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies across rooms and outlets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute revenue management strategies to achieve financial goals.
  • Actively manage revenue systems.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor performance, and customer behaviour and update pricing and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to establish revenue targets and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of revenue management strategies.
  • Oversee the implementation of pricing policies, distribution strategies, and promotional activities.
  • Lead weekly revenue maximisation meetings to review performance and discuss strategies for improvement.
  • Ensure best practice and standard operating procedures are followed.
  • Utilise revenue management systems and tools to analyse data and generate actionable insights.
  • Lead and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the revenue management and reservation team.
Requirements
  • Experience in revenue management with 4–5 years in the industry, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Technically skilled with a strong understanding of systems and operations.
  • Takes ownership, solves problems, and makes effective decisions.
  • Methodical and has a process-driven approach to tasks but is also flexible and calm especially in times of tight deadlines.
