We are seeking a skilled Claims Support Officer to join our team in Adelaide. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data entry, enabling us to meet our Key Performance Indicators.
Key Responsibilities- Enter service provider payments accurately and within required timeframes
- Analyse data to identify the correct claim for data entry
- Verify information in the claims system to prevent duplicate accounts
- Provide administrative support to business operations
- Ensure medical and like reimbursements are entered accurately and on time
- Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role
- Accounts payable/receivable experience is an advantage
- A keen eye for detail and ability to work autonomously or in a team
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
