About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mobile Claims Specialist to join our team at EML (Employers Mutual Limited). As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting injured workers and their employers through our return-to-work program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement return-to-work plans in collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Work closely with claims specialists, liability specialists, and other technical experts to manage a portfolio of claims.
  • Conduct community-based visits to worksites, medical clinics, and other locations to provide personalized support and guidance.
  • Provide accurate and clear information to claimants, employers, and other stakeholders, ensuring a thorough understanding of diagnosis, prognosis, treatment, and capacity.
