Operations Coordinator Job Description

As an Operations Coordinator, you will contribute to the continued delivery of exceptional customer service and drive business success through efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritise tasks and coordinate the operations team to achieve a highly efficient back of house, adhering to procedural control measures.
  • Manage stock flow, including inbound goods processing, returns processing, transfers, and invoice management.
  • Provide excellent customer service and effectively handle customer complaints and queries.
  • Ensure all Back of House activities meet compliance and safety requirements, with particular emphasis on safe product handling, equipment use, and incident reporting.

  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, including stock flow, inventory management, and process optimisation.
