Centre Operations Coordinator

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our centre. This includes providing high-level support across enrolments, compliance, communications, and daily operations.

They will work closely with families, educators, and leadership to ensure the centre runs efficiently and continues to deliver exceptional care and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage reception and provide outstanding customer service to families
  • Support enrolment processes, tours, and documentation
  • Maintain compliance records including attendance, CCB notices, and audits
  • Assist with staff onboarding, professional development logs, and policy updates
  • Liaise with finance, property services, and other departments to support centre operations
  • Communicate with families via StoryPark and other platforms

They will uphold the centre's values and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and high-quality learning environment.
