Centre Director Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Centre Director to lead our team and drive excellence in every aspect of the centre.

About the Role
  • As our Centre Director, you will be responsible for managing daily centre operations, including staffing, budgets, and parent communication.
  • You will inspire and support Educators and Teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth.
  • Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities for children's holistic development.
  • Prioritise children's safety and well-being, adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
  • Cultivate a positive, inclusive culture that values teamwork and diversity.
Requirements
  • Acecred Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education is required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role.
  • A current Blue card is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively is crucial.
  • Ongoing professional development is expected.
