Centre Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Centre Operations Manager to lead our centre's daily operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving excellence in every aspect of the centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage centre operations, including staffing, budgets, and parent communication.
  • Lead and support Educators and Teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth.
  • Develop engaging activities for children's holistic development.
  • Ensure children's safety and well-being, adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Cultivate a positive culture that values teamwork and diversity.
Requirements:
  • ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role.
  • A current Blue card
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively.
