
Inventory & Accounts Coordinator – Pathway to Operations Manager

This part-time role in our Capalaba office, Brisbane, is a critical position in our business – with a clear career pathway to Operations Manager as the company expands.
About the RoleAs our Inventory & Accounts Coordinator, you will manage the essential processes that keep our operations running smoothly – from stock control to supplier engagement to managing cash flow. Beyond the day-to-day, you will also have the opportunity to apply data-driven insights that improve efficiency, optimise inventory, and support smarter decision-making across the business.
Key responsibilities include:- Inventory Control – monitoring, reconciling, and forecasting stock levels.
- Procurement – managing supplier relationships and ensuring timely purchasing.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable – maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and healthy cash flow.
- Data Analysis & Reporting – leveraging analytics to identify trends, streamline processes, and support strategic decisions.
- Customer & Supplier Communication – delivering persuasive and professional communication across phone and email.

You will bring- Minimum 2-3 years demonstrated experience in inventory, procurement, and accounts administration.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Cin7, Xero, or similar ERP systems) and advanced Excel skills including pivot tables; BI experience a plus.
- Qualifications or experience in data analytics will be highly regarded and provide you with an advantage in shaping the role and accelerating your career growth.
- A team-oriented mindset with the drive to progress into operations leadership.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in business, accounting, supply chain, or equivalent professional experience.
