We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Passenger Services Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, ensuring a smooth and efficient travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to passengers, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process passenger check-in, validate documents, and issue boarding passes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security requirements, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

  • Able to work a 7-day rotating roster without restrictions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
