A Role in HR Business Partnership


As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and teams across the organization. Your operational HR support will drive organizational performance.

This role focuses on delivering HR support across all business lines nationally. You will play a key part in people initiatives and leading HR across growing businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and develop streamlined HR processes and procedures across the organisation
  • Coordinate employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with documentation and HR processes, and maintain accurate employee records
  • Support leaders with first line ER/IR matters including grievances, investigations, performance management, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation

You will manage promotions, bonuses, and HR documentation; regularly engage with business lines to maintain strong HR presence and compliance with internal procedures.

Other Key Areas of Responsibility Include:

  • Redesign and manage the recruitment and onboarding processes across business lines
  • Deliver performance review training, support leadership capability building and career development/pathing programs
  • Support the roll out of the annual performance review program and support managers in developing and retaining high-performing teams

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years HR generalist experience within finance (Wealth Management preferred)
  • Strong business partnering ability with a focus on building trusted relationships to achieve and influence positive business outcomes
