Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager - Channel Partners to join our Flow Division team in Australia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales of Sulzer Submersible Pumps, Mixers & Grinders to new and existing business partners.
Main Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing business partners and identify new business opportunities.
- Product Training and Support
- Develop and deliver product training programs for existing and new business partners.
- Provide technical support and guidance to business partners to ensure successful product implementation.
- Performance Monitoring and Improvement
- Monitor the performance of key business partners and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement plans to address performance gaps and improve overall sales performance.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with the Sales Manager - Pacific and the Service teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to drive business growth and reduce commercial risk.
- Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Develop and implement plans to capitalize on new market opportunities and drive business growth.
- Marketing Support
- Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to drive business growth and reduce commercial risk.
- Order and Project Management
- Ensure orders and projects are launched in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and manage project progress to ensure successful completion.
Requirements
- Experience
- 5+ years of experience in pump product sales.
- Knowledge and Skills
- Strong, detailed knowledge and experience with Submersible Pumps, Mixers & Grinders.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
