Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, travel arrangements, inbox management, and communication follow-up.
  • Prepare, format, and proofread documents, reports, and client presentations to a high standard.
  • Coordinate conflict checks, track court appointments, raise invoices, and manage billing processes.
  • Partner with the Office Manager on internal and client-facing event coordination, assist with business development activities, and maintain CRM for senior leaders.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the office environment and maintain presentation standards of meeting spaces.
