Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a CEO and Board within a dynamic corporate environment.

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual to take on diverse responsibilities, working closely with senior executives, directors, and stakeholders.

Duties
  • Provide full executive support to the CEO, including diary management, travel arrangements, correspondence, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Coordinate Board and Committee calendars, meetings, and logistics, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Prepare and distribute Board packs, presentations, minutes, and confidential documents, maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times.
  • Liaise with Directors, senior executives, analysts, and investors on behalf of the CEO, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Assist with the organization of key corporate events, such as the AGM, investor presentations, and leadership offsites, demonstrating creativity and attention to detail.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior Executive Assistant in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven experience supporting a Board or Company Secretary, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • High-level written communication and document preparation skills, with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong proficiency in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and crisis communication.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business administration or a related field, with a strong understanding of governance and reporting principles.
