The Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation is seeking an experienced leader to oversee a team of Superannuation Specialists.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team of Superannuation Specialists.
- Implement and maintain a customer-centric, collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Monitor performance metrics, provide feedback, support and development opportunities to team members.
- Manage workflow effectively to meet service level requirements and operational efficiency goals.
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, policies and best practice standards in customer interactions.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer education and retirement readiness.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.
- Australian Citizenship.
- RG146 qualification in General Advice (day-to-day appointments not required but coverage valuable).
- Strong coaching, mentoring and leadership skills to support and develop experienced team members.
- Excellent organisational, collaboration and communication skills.
- A professional, flexible and adaptable approach to leadership.
- Experience in handling advice escalations.
- Commitment to quality assurance and ensuring effective application of CSC's frameworks and tools.
