Job Title

Senior ICT Support Specialist - Technical Operations

A position is available for a Senior ICT Support Specialist to provide technical support and guidance in the deployment and maintenance of computer infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical problems to ensure minimal downtime and timely resolution of user issues.
  • Providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for software and hardware problems.
  • Determining software and hardware requirements to provide effective solutions to client issues.
  • Installing, downloading, and configuring PLM system infrastructure, including applications like Teamcenter and its integrations.
  • Developing and conducting user training sessions and creating clear technical documentation.
  • Liaising with users and senior engineers to resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements
  • Prior experience as an ICT Support Specialist or equivalent role.
  • Strong proficiency in CAD software and programming languages such as TCL and VB.NET.
  • In-depth knowledge of PLM modules, including requirement management, change management, BOM management, and MCAD integration.
