Role Summary:

The Toll Facility Market Lead will drive the growth and success of tolling services for clients operating roads, bridges, and tunnels that charge fees to users.

This role requires a strategic marketer with industry experience, capable of developing and managing programs for architecture, engineering, and planning services.

Key areas of responsibility include

  • Planning and design services for roadways, bridges, tunnels, transport hydraulics, and geotechnical projects
  • Mobility and operational technology services including ATST, ITS, CAV, tolling system development and operations, managed lanes, ZEM, and OT cybersecurity
  • Advisory services including asset management, ROW, value engineering, funding, and finance
  • Building and facility design

The successful candidate will have established relationships with major tolling clients/DOTs and a reputation for leading programs in the highway/roads market.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in an architecture, engineering, planning, or a related field
  • A minimum of 10 years of industry experience
  • Experienced in development and management of strategic marketing programs for architecture, engineering, and/or planning services
  • Experienced in development and management of a wide range of client relationships and specific program and/or project pursuits
  • Experienced in overall staff development, including recruiting, career path, and professional growth
  • Experienced with industry associations and maintains a visible profile in the market sector
  • Ability to work cooperatively with Area Market Sector Directors, Market Sector Directors, Business Class Directors, Regional Business Group Director, Area Business Group Managers, Area Marketing Managers, and Area Managers
  • Demonstrated commitment to HDR values and a collaborative culture
