Toll Facility Market Lead

This exciting role is your chance to spearhead local development initiatives and identify opportunities for HDR to provide professional services to toll facility clients. Our clients include agencies and authorities responsible for managing roads, bridges, and tunnels that charge fees to users.

  • We deliver comprehensive solutions encompassing roadway planning, bridge construction, tunnel engineering, transportation hydraulics, and geotechnical expertise.
  • Mobility and operational technology services including Automated Traffic Surveillance and Control (ATSC), Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), Connected Autonomous Vehicles (CAV), toll system development, and operations.
  • Our advisory services include asset management, right-of-way acquisition, value engineering, funding, and financial guidance.

You will be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with major tolling clients and Department of Transportation (DOT) partners, positioning yourself as a respected leader in the toll roads/toll facilities space.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Delve into market trends and drivers to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Support areas in identifying, pursuing, and delivering client opportunities related to toll facilities.
  • Collaborate with regional directors to evaluate and prioritize investments and opportunities in the toll facility sector.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in architecture, engineering, planning, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of industry experience.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage strategic marketing programs for architecture, engineering, and/or planning services.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Established reputation as a leader in the toll roads/toll facilities space.
  • Able to set and execute strategies for growth, preferably in the tolling market.
