Toll Facility Market Lead

As a strategic business development leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expansion within the toll facilities market sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing opportunities where HDR can bring its expertise to toll facility clients.

  • The Toll Facilities Market Lead will support local area teams and market sector teams in building relationships with toll facility agencies and authorities.
  • Closely working with area business development leaders and business group managers, you will develop and share knowledge of trends and drivers within the toll market.

This role requires a strong understanding of the tolling industry, along with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. As a key member of the team, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to analyze complex data and information, informing business decisions that drive growth and success.

  • This role is ideal for a recognized leader in the toll roads/toll facilities space, with a proven ability to set strategy and execute growth of a practice.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in an architecture, engineering, planning, or a related field, and a minimum of 10 years of industry experience. They will also have experience in development and management of strategic marketing programs for architecture, engineering, and/or planning services.

  • A strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships and driving business growth is essential for this role.
